2. اختيار المواد
نختار أجود الأقمشة فقط - بوليستر منسوج بإحكام ومقاوم للماء أو مزيج قطني تقليدي بملمس ولمعان استثنائيين. أما الإطارات، فنستخدم الفولاذ المتين، والألياف الزجاجية المرنة، أو الخشب الصلب، لضمان المتانة دون المساس بالأناقة.
3. صناعة المظلة
يُقص القماش يدويًا، قطعةً قطعة، ويُخاط بعناية ليشكل مظلةً متوازنة تمامًا. تتطلب هذه العملية دقةً تصل إلى المليمتر لضمان شدٍّ سلس، وفتحةٍ أنيقة، وشكلٍ يدوم طويلًا - حتى في ظل الرياح والأمطار.
4. بناء المقبض والعمود
نقوم بتدوير وتلميع أعمدة ومقابض خشبية من خشب الدردار أو القيقب أو الكستناء، مختارةً لمتانتها وجمالها الطبيعي. يمكن نحت المقابض، أو ثنيها بالبخار، أو تركها مستقيمة بشكلها الكلاسيكي. بعضها مزين بأطواق فضية أو حلقات نحاسية، وهي لمسات رقيقة تُضفي على القطعة لمسةً جماليةً مميزة.
5. اللمسة النهائية
تُفتح كل مظلة يدويًا، وتُختبر توازنها ومقاومتها، وتُفحص يدويًا. بعد ذلك، تُغلّف بعناية، جاهزةً لمرافقة مالكها المستقبلي. لا إنتاج بكميات كبيرة، لا اختصارات، فقط حرفية حقيقية.
