Besonders geschätzt werden Hornrohlinge mit einzigartiger Marmorierung und durchscheinender Maserung. Wie Fingerabdrücke gleicht kein Stück dem anderen. Die Wahl des richtigen Stücks ist der erste Schritt der Kunstfertigkeit.
3. Erstellen des Formulars
Mit traditionellen Handwerkzeugen und modernen Techniken formen unsere Handwerker jeden Schuhlöffel so, dass er der natürlichen Kontur der Ferse folgt. Ob mit langem oder kompaktem Griff, die Form wird immer wieder verfeinert – bis er mühelos in der Hand liegt und sich angenehm anfühlt.
4. Fertigstellung und Detaillierung
Jeder Schuhlöffel wird von Hand poliert, bis er ein glänzendes Finish erhält – sei es der natürliche Glanz von Horn, der seidenmatte Glanz von geöltem Holz oder der spiegelnde Glanz von Metall. Die Griffe können mit Akzenten aus Messing, Sterlingsilber oder eingravierten Monogrammen für eine individuelle Note verziert werden.
5. Der letzte Schliff
